ORDERING PROCESS

1. CONTACT US
At Vaypor Designs we make the entire ordering process as easy as possible.
Call us at 949-673-3391 and we will walk you through the ordering process, usually within 5 minutes or less.

2. DEPOSIT INFORMATION
We accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
You may leave an initial deposit of as little as $50 down for small orders (1-10 pieces) and $100 for larger orders (10 or more pieces).
The entire initial deposit goes towards the jersey/garment, usually there are no art and set-up costs. 
Enough Free art is included to make your jersey/garment look professional.
If you'd like you may purchase additional artwork time to get an outstanding design, you may dictate any added amount you wish to allocate towards refining the design.
Set-Up is included in the cost of your jersey, 1 set-up for every size in your order.

3. ARTWORK AND DESIGN

You may email us a sketch of your design and we will make it look professional.  gmborras@sbcglobal.net
If you'd like, you may leave the creation of the artwork and design up to us. 
With over 16 years experience in jersey and garment designs you will receive the best possible design for your jersey/garment.

4. ROSTER
Once we are finished with the artwork and design process we will need the sizes/quantities for each of your garments.
If you are doing names and/or numbers just email us the information for each size.
We will proof the roster and send it to you so you may check it for accuracy. 

5.FINAL APPROVAL
At Vaypor Designs we will not go to print until you are 100% happy with the final design.
You may make multiple modifications and revisions until the design is perfected. (Please note that multiple art revisions may exceed you free art limit.)
The more jerseys/garments you purchase the more free art is included with the order.
We will notify you prior to exceeding your free art limit.

6.PRODUCTION DEPOSIT
Once you are approve the final design we will need a production deposit in order to proceed to print.
Production deposit is roughly 40% of the total.
The total for your order will be based on the quantity and type of garment ordered and can be estimated more accurately when we have the final approval.

7. PRODUCTION
After receiving final approval and production deposit, we will go to print with your order.
No changes may be made to the order at this time without possible charges.

8.LEAD TIME
At the beginning of the ordering process it is best to inform us of any race dates, we will be happy to try and accommodate your deadline.
Artwork and design of your jerseys/garments may add significant time to the order especially if we do multiple revisions to perfect the art/design.
Production for printing can be as little as 1 week and usually around 2 weeks. Peak season may add additional time.
Ship time is additional but you may upgrade to expedited shipping if necessary.

9.SHIPPING and FINAL PAYMENT
When the order is almost complete we will inform you of the estimated completions date.
Final balance on the order will be due prior to shipping.
